Here is a recent job of ours, a complete Re-roof to front and rear of the premises, first of all we striped the old roof covering back down to the joist, Re-felting the roof with a high quality breathable membrane, Re-slating the roof using treated lats, around 80% of the slates was re-used and the damaged slates was Replaced using like for like Welch reclaimed.
After the main roof was completed we then when onto replacing the old flat roof at the rear with a high density torch on felt covering applied to Grade 3 21mm OSB boards.
